NucliSens miniMAG

NucliSens miniMAG is capable of effectively extracting both DNA and RNA. Offering a high level of flexibility, this innovative instrument makes it possible to test multiple biological specimen types (e.g. serum, plasma, blood, CSF, stools, sputum, virus cultures) and different sample volumes in the same run. Furthermore, it provides outstanding nucleic acid purity and high DNA and RNA recovery, enabling sensitive and robust downstream molecular testing applications based on different amplification technologies (e.g. NASBA®, PCR). This new platform is also based on the BOOM® technology, which is considered to be the gold standard in the field. The new system however works with magnetic silica, which is easy to manipulate using the magnetic back panel of the NucliSens miniMAG.”

 

 

FACSCount™ System

NUCLISENSE EasyQ Analyser for VIRAL LOAD

NucliSens EasyQ HIV-1 from bioMérieux is the first test for monitoring HIV-1 viral load levels in patient plasma samples based on Real Time nucleic acid amplification and detection technologies. The NucliSens EasyQ HIV-1 assay delivers results, within 2 hours. Its single, closed tube format eliminates the risk of amplicon contamination, ensuring reliable results. It amplifies RNA targets to over a billion fold in 90 minutes reaction time. The amplification reaction occurs at 41°C, generating single stranded RNA molecules as an end product.
